After spending more than 20 years in the real estate sector, Ganesh Kaniyappan recognized that many aspiring professionals lacked practical training in sales, marketing, legal documentation, and property verification. To address this need, he established GSAR Academy to provide industry-focused coaching that prepares students for real challenges in the field.
Our academy was founded to help individuals gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in real estate, whether they are beginners or experienced professionals looking to expand their knowledge.
Over the past two years, GSAR Academy has successfully trained more than 200 students, helping them build strong careers with practical, hands-on education and expert mentorship.

Ganesh Kaniyappan is the founder of GSAR Academy and a highly experienced real estate professional with over 20 years of industry expertise.
